Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Purchased items are shipped within 1-3 business days* unless otherwise specified. If you need your items expedited, we can provide that at an additional shipping cost. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Due to Covid-19, estimated shipping times by the Post Office may be delayed and is out of our control.

Return Policy:

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at with "Return Request" in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note, original shipping costs are non-refundable. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We appreciate your patience!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods (e.g. lip balms or creams). Also, sale items and gifts cards are non-refundable. Please contact us, however, if you have questions or are unsatisfied with your product and we'll see what we can do to help. Our goal is to make your life easier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can send description of issue or pictures to with "Order Issue" in subject line.

The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your refund has posted.
